method in which we collect and store information largely depends on the
Website page your are visiting and the Service or information you're
buying or subscribing to. For example,
when making a purchase through one of our third party merchant
accounts you will be asked for your credit card information and your
name and address. We will receive your name, address and email
address from the Credit Card processor to check payment and order
records and we store these on our hard drive. When you apply for a
paid service we also ask for your full name, mailing address and
email address. When you sign up for an account on one of our
classified ads pages or Job/Finder pages the script logs in your
contact information and this information is stored on our servers.
When you subscribe to one of our ezines (Newsletters) or auto
responder courses we ask for your full name and valid email address.
These are stored on our server and backed up on our harddrive. In certain cases you may have
applied to our job/finding services or offering donations to our
volunteer work, in which case we may also contact you by phone.
Under NO circumstances whatsoever
is your personal name, tel.#, address and email address EVER sold of
given to others. We strictly protect your privacy. (But at the same
time you must also understand by posting your name and personal
information on one of our Public Classified ad pages you will be
exposing your personal information to 3rd parties beyond our
